Antique plaster architectural element purchased from a French expat estate.
Four-sided finial, with grooved scrolls on each corner and a fleur-de-lis on
each side, crowned with oak (?) leaves. Painted an antique gold color, almost
greenish in places.
This is a large, heavy solid plaster piece -- about 14 inches high and 8
inches on a side, weighs over 9 pounds. Square base is 5 1/2 inches on a side
and 1 inch high. A one-of-a-kind decorative element, would look great alone on
a pedestal or anchoring a display on an accent table. Large enough to be
displayed on top of a large bookcase or high shelf.
Plaster is very chipped and white shows through in many places, but overall
there are no major cracks or breaks apart from a chunk missing from one corner
of the base (does not affect ability to stand securely on its own). See
pictures.
Will ship USPS, well packed, within 2 days.
