Rare souvenir piece from a historic Omaha, NE Nebraska building, which -
unfortunately - no longer exists! - - Heavycurved piece features acanthus type
leaves from the MEDICAL ARTS BUILDING, which was located at 101 S. 17 Street
in downtownOmaha. It was designed by famous renowned architect Thomas R.
Kimball. The piece also still has some numbers on it (363 AA3 . . and
another number?), related to where it was located on the building during
original construction. It was completed in1926 - destroyed torn down
demolished in 1999. - - Measurements: approx 15 1/4" wide X 8 14" tall
X 6" deep. - - -SEE ALL PHOTOS, although photos do not do it justice.
Overall great condition, given the age and fact that it was removed from the
building before it was demolished. Terrific to display in your garden, your
porch, in your home. - - - NOTE: We have other architectural pieces
which we'll be selling from otherOmaha buildings which no longer exist. - - -
We have owned this since it first went up for sale in 2000. - - Please check
our other listings and "follow" us on eBay as we're constantly listing more
items for sale. - -NOTE! We are showing you a photo of this curved piece,
along with some other pieces we're also selling but THIS LISTING is for the CURVED PIECE WITH ACANTHUS LEAVES, ONLY.
